Our Commitment to our Service
Thank you for considering Peaceful Learning as your agency to find the best care for your child. As you are probably aware, there are hundreds of agencies out there that could potentially help you with your search however, we are the ONLY worldwide agency that takes into consideration the nurturing and development of the whole child. Making sure that your child is supported not only mentally and physically but also emotionally and spiritually too. We have the biggest resource of nannies that use methods in line with our ethos including Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf Steiner, RIE, Pikler, NVC, Aware Parenting, nannies that support and understand gentle and attachment parenting, the choice of home schooling, forest school and nature play. Nannies that also use yoga, meditation and mindfulness in their practice.
When I started this agency, I had a vision where everyone is treated with trust and respect, starting with my leadership, trickling through my team and nannies, which will then lead, most importantly, to you and your children.
I have specifically chosen my team, hand-picked, so I know they all have an understanding and passion for providing the highest quality carers for your children. Every team member has either a background in teaching with Montessori, Reggio or RIE and have had experience working inside homes as nannies or are also parents raising their children with respectful/ gentle/ attachment care.
Within the agency, we have years and years of experience from every angle, knowing what it's like to be in your shoes AND your nanny’s so that everyone feels seen and heard.
We commit to searching far and wide to find what it is that you are looking for, no search is off limits. We may suggest tweaking it here and there to attract candidates that you are looking for however, we will go above and beyond your average agency to go in search of that perfect person for your family. We have screened thousands of potential nannies so we have a pretty good idea from the get go whether someone is up to the high standards that we have in place. We make sure to find out exactly HOW they will interact with your precious ones so we feel confident in putting them forward to you. As well as this, we also make sure that they are safe to be with your children through police and reference checks from previous employers and additional questions that we ask in the interview process.
We take finding the right person for your children seriously, this is why we only take on a limited amount of families at a time. This way, we have the space to search high and low for the right nanny, where we can really listen to what it is that you need and pin point these attributes in potential candidates. We may send through 2 or perhaps 10 profiles, either way, these candidates will be the final select few that meet the expectations of the agency after hours of searching, screening and interviewing nannies and are in line with what it is that you are looking for.
